Access and authentication
Account access is protected by user authentication. Workspace data in the product is separated by company membership so users work within their own organization context.
Financial data handling
The app stores accounting records such as accounts, transactions, invoices, bills, customers, vendors, statement upload records, and AI review summaries for the signed-in company workspace.
Permission boundaries
Database access controls are designed so signed-in users can only access records for their linked company. Write access is limited to company roles intended to manage accounting data.
AI-assisted review
AI features help categorize, flag, reconcile, and explain accounting information. Users remain responsible for reviewing flagged transactions and confirming final accounting decisions.
Data collection and use
The app processes information users enter or upload for accounting workflows, including financial records and business contact details. That data is used to provide bookkeeping, reporting, reconciliation, and AI-assisted review features.
Subprocessors and integrations
Core application hosting, authentication, database, and AI-assisted product features are provided through managed platform services. Additional third-party integrations should be reviewed based on what each customer enables in the product.
Retention and deletion
Accounting records remain available in the workspace while needed for product use. For deletion, export, or privacy requests, contact the app owner so the request can be reviewed against legal, accounting, and operational requirements.
